The Little Light Project nonprofit shut down official in 2015 but we keep the website up in order to share the information we posted for three years.
Our Volunteer Consultants are valued members of our team as they offer guidance, expertise, and lend support where needed.
Bridget Andrews
Bridget Andrews has been working with natural healing through homeopathy, herbs and flower essences for almost 20 years. Using herself initially as her own patient, she has learned the many ways of natural healing that work in tandem to bring the body and spirit into a higher focus and understanding.
In 2010 she experienced a miscarriage and also the passing of a beloved family member that brought her closer with healing through essential oils and healing stones. With the help of a gifted kinesiologist, Karen Meyers, she was opened to the world of essential oils and all the beautiful benefits they offer to enhance and support our personal journeys of healing. She feels a strong intuition with oils and the help they offer to those who are open to their healing frequency. Her mission is to help people help themselves with listening to their own voice of intuition that provides a guide to higher spiritual learning. She has also received intuitive messages with the help of LLP members that have given her a better understanding of her path with the help of our angels and spirit guides that are there for us at all times.
She and her husband, Adam O'Connor live in Northwest Ohio with their daughter Greta. She is a former makeup artist for Stila cosmetics and received her BA from Bowling Green University in Liberal Studies in 1995. She spends her personal time collecting vintage housewares for her Etsy site and painting.

Noreen Roman
Noreen Roman is a certified psychologist and college instructor in the Phoenix area. She grew up as a highly intuitive/ sensitive child, with a strong connection to the spirit world. As frequently happens, this sensitivity to spirit was stifled for decades in order to squash fears and remain in the “norm.” Upon her father’s death in 2010, Noreen began having regular visitations from him, as well as other spirits, guides and angels. Noreen first connected with the Little Light Project when she was in the process of renewing and deepening her connection to spirit. She also sought support from LLP when managing her young son’s struggles related to his own sensitivity. Today, Noreen embraces her strong intuitive sense and the inspiration and information she channels, which often serves to bring comfort and healing to others. She is honored to be a consultant for the Little Light Project, whose goals and purposes are so close to her own heart.
Rebecca Wong, LCSW
Rebecca has been practicing psychotherapy for over a decade. Her master of social work (MSW) degree from New York University (NYU) is enhanced by certifications in sex and relationship therapy as well as postpartum mood disorders — training she uses daily in her practice. Rebecca's undergraduate degree in fine arts often inspires a creative approach to sessions, aimed at helping clients access their emotions. She is a current Fellow with the American Board of Sports Psychology, CrossFit Trainer, Advanced Olympic Lifting Coach (AOLC), athlete and psychotherapist; so it’s no surprise that she is very interested in how the mind and body work together. Rebecca sees physical training as a vehicle that can help to reintegrate, support, and inspire significant change and well-being in our lives. She enjoys working with athletes of all levels who are looking to rediscover and reinvent themselves and push beyond mental barriers.
Her clinical experience began with a fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, brought her to CancerCare (a national non-profit support organization for people with cancer, caregivers, loved ones and the bereaved) the Cancer Institute of New Jersey and the Center for Family Guidance. This experience continues to inform so much of Rebecca's practice. Her understanding of how to sit with and make tolerable the discomfort of grief, loss, uncertainty and the unknown, enables clients to consolidate life events into aspects of themselves that are informative and meaningful.
Rebecca lives in the Hudson Valley with her husband and two highly intuitive, inspirational, adorable young girls. Her own journey into mas motherhood had been difficult; it began to transform as she rediscovered her emotional and physical selves and brought them back together. Like many others, she had lost her connection to herself as she took on the identity of mother. Rediscovering herself as a stronger and more confident woman, wife and mother is proving to be a powerful and inspiring journey. Find Rebecca at www.rebeccawonglcsw.com and facebook.com/rwonglcsw.

Karen Cooper
Karen Cooper is a heart-centered spiritual healer in every sense of the term. After graduating from Berkley Psychic Institute in 1991, Karen opened her office in the San Francisco area and has been facilitating healing for clients for over twenty years.
Not only is Karen clairvoyant, clairaudient, claircognizant, and clairsentient, she is also a Feng Shui practioner with nineteen years experience who does Building/Property Healings and Blessings. She was trained by Grand Master Lin Yun (creator of Black Hat Sect Feng Shui or Western Feng Shui) and his Lineage. Karen is also a Past Life Regressionist who trained with Dr. Brian Weiss in 1999. In addition to Past Life Regression, she specializes in Past Life Readings where she’s found such readings can bring about powerful healing in this lifetime.
Karen feels so blessed to do this work and looks at her "job" as a healer, facilitator, guide, teacher, mentor and sometimes pest and does so with humor, honesty, clarity, strength and love. As a child, she was highly sensitive and like many others, found it difficult to find her footing and receive validation that her sensitivities were actually gifts, not curses. She admits that, as a child feeling her voice was seemingly unimportant lead to years of struggling to step into her voice and truth. So much of her work now involves helping others big and small, step into and own their power, essence and authenticity. Along those same lines, Karen has worked with many parents and psychologists to help/guide/teach them with their children/patients over the years and is thrilled to contribute her experience and insight to LLP.
On a personal note, Karen walked Camino de Santiago, a large network of ancient pilgrim routes stretching across Europe, this past summer and found it to be a life changing experience. Also, she is mom to three amazingly creative, highly sensitive grown children. As a professional healer, a highly intuitive person, and a parent of sensitive kids, she is thrilled to be a part of The Little Light Project.

Sasha, a past client says, "My session with AJ came to me at a time when I was thinking about getting some extra guidance and then AJ appeared in my life. AJ's energy, commitment and knowledge is amazing and I had so much fun working with him. I believe AJ has a special talent and that shines through when you listen to how passionate he is. The biggest take away for me was really learning about my soul's purpose and how I can align myself and my business to fully embrace what I am here to accomplish and do at a soul level. After speaking with AJ I felt uplifted, secure in what I am doing and confident that I am indeed on the right path."
